InMail Response / Workflow Detail

Objective: Turn an InMail response into a qualified 15-minute coffee chat with as little unnecessary back-and-forth as possible.

The prospect already knows this is a sales conversation.

Do not pretend otherwise.

They responded to a message about helping their agency produce more billable client work without proportionally increasing headcount. Continue that conversation.

Core Principle

Be direct. Be useful. Advance the conversation.

We are not trying to trick someone into a meeting.

We are determining:

  1. Does the capacity problem exist?
  2. Is solving it economically meaningful?
  3. Is it worth 15 minutes to see how Callisto attacks it?

If yes, book the coffee chat.

Do not turn LinkedIn into a 12-message discovery call.

Coffee Chat

Once they agree to talk:

Great. What's the best email for the invite?

After they provide it:

Perfect. I'll send it over.

Then send the calendar invitation promptly.

Do not restart discovery in LinkedIn after they have agreed to the meeting.

Rules for Maria

  • Do not hide the sale. They received a sales message. They know why we're talking.
  • Get to the meeting quickly. A responsive qualified prospect does not need six more LinkedIn messages.
  • Do not interrogate interested prospects. If they clearly have the problem, advance.
  • Answer direct questions directly. If they ask price, give the price. If they ask for information, give them information.
  • Sell the economic outcome. More billable client work through the same team.
  • Do not lead with AI. Callisto is being sold as production capacity, not an AI writing tool.
  • Do not promise 2x. The 2x framing opens the economic question; the pilot determines the actual capacity gain.
  • Do not manufacture pain. If they don't have the problem, they're not the prospect.
  • Do not argue with a no. Move on.
  • Do not write essays. Use enough information to answer the question and advance.
  • One meaningful question at a time.
  • Respond the same business day whenever possible.
  • Once they agree to meet, stop selling in the DMs and book the meeting.

What Maria Is Actually Selling

Maria is not selling AI.

Maria is not selling better prompts.

Maria is not selling content generation.

Maria is not trying to explain the entire Callisto architecture.

She is selling the reason to have a conversation:

Can your agency put substantially more billable client work through the team you already have?

If the prospect cares about that question, get them into the coffee chat.

The DM conversation is not the sales call.

Its job is to determine whether having the sales call makes sense — and then get out of the way.
